I think the title says it all. Multi-awesome performing artists The Arcade Fire* take the stage at Madison Square Garden tonight at 10pm EST as part of their UNSTAGED shows. Multi-awesome motion picture director Terry Gilliam (12 Monkeys, Brazil) will be directing the show.
*The new album The Suburbs, released earlier this week, is available at Amazon for a limited time for $3.99 USD!

I’m pretty sure I’ve never heard an Arcade Fire song, or if I had, I didn’t know it was them.
This concert was 100 different kinds of epic. I’m surprised that The Arcade Fire is popular enough for American Express to use them to kick off this UNSTAGED series. Then again their reputation for live shows is building. I’m also surprised that more of my internet friends do not follow the band at all.
The new album The Suburbs (listed above) is and excellent little album full of American Dream irony.
