The end to uneven ride that has been the Harry Potter franchise is upon us. Well, sort of. The last book is two movies (oh, please – the PAIN) to milk every cent of money from the franchise based on the wildly popular children’s books; and part one of the end is nigh.
The final Potter book, if you ripped out all the dialogue, would be the closest thing to an actual grown-up novel that Rawling has ever produced. The drama is fast paced and the storylines weave together pretty tightly for an author that tends to meander while making good use of basic sentence structure littered prolifically with adverbs (ha!).
So, for better or for worse, I bring you the most recent Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows preview as seen by the brain dead multitude (i.e. none of our readers) on the ridiculously silly noMtv awards*.
*Have you seen the “winners” list? Twilight swept the main movie categories and that jerk-off Rain got “Best Badass” for pretending to know some type of martial art in the non-impact action movie Ninja Assassin. Good Zeus please.

[Preview] Harry Potter: Deathly Hallows (2010) | Pop Bunker http://www.popbunker.net/2010/06/preview...
Blergh, on all counts.
I have liked maybe two of the movies and maybe one of the books. This is a big event, but I’m not frothing over it.
saw the first one and then the last one and all will I say about the last one is ‘two and half hours of my life I will never ever get back’ How makes a kids film two and a half hours long anyway? It was so bad, the idea that even more movies are going to exist make me want to punch the world in the face.
and breathe
Heh, man, seems like a bit of an overstatement
I found it merely boring, not bad enough to punch something. It was not terrible incompetent like the new A NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST or poorly executed like NINJA ASSASSIN. Still, the 3rd and 5th movies were pretty good, the rest suffer too much from the lacking source material.
