I almost considered it, until I got a look at the interior pictures. That’s a lot of UGLY wallpaper to tear out, and I’m just not that motivated. Also explains the low asking price.
If it still has a ceiling fan in the stairwell and a white horse in the living room, I’m in.
Oh, who am I kidding? I’d be constantly terrified living in that place. Might as well buy the Amityville house.
I went to their open house. Ghastly. Not only were there a load of golf balls around the living room, there was a fish in the percolator.
