Bill Shatner, the artist that released the amazing Has Been in 2004, is going to take a stab at acting instead of singing in the CBS comedy Shit My Dad Says based of the twitter stream of the same name.
Shatner, 79, apparently plays an old man who says some funny shit (although I never found the twitter stream very funny).

I honestly have no interest in watching this series, and I doubt it lasts to mid-season. Still, I may feel obligated to view it. I’m torn.
I look at it as probably big Bill’s last tv hurrah. I’ll catch an ep on Hulu and see how it goes.
